Morpheus 8 is a fractional skin treatment that combines microagujas with Radio Frequency technology to stimulate collagen production of the underlying layers of the skin. By targeting the subdermal tissue, the building blocks will reorganise themselves in a natural anti-ageing process.

Morpheus 8 fractional machine works by creating micro-injuries on the skin using titanium microagujas, coupled with radiofrequency radiofrecuencia fraccionada energy that heats the layers deep to the skin. This revolutionary new device stimulates the increase of elastin and collagen production while tightening connective fibres to lift, firm, smooth and contour the face and body. Start with 40W energy level.

- Recommended energy range for 1mm depth is 40W to 80W.

-The deeper the treatment, the higher the RF energy that can be applied.

-Treatment areas with subcutaneous fat thickness of 1cm or more use a depth setting of 4mm or more.

-Treatment can be applied to all skin types. When treating dark skin, start with a 60W energy level or lower.

-When working on thin skin/tissue such as the neck, or bony areas such as the forehead or jawline, start with a 60W energy level or lower.

-Thin skin over bones, such as the upper chest and back of hands, it is recommended to start with a 60W energy level or lower.

- Use lower energy for areas with thinner skin, darker skin and bony areas. Start with the lower setting for the patient's first treatment.

Microneedling is generally a safe and effective treatment, but some side effects may occur in some cases. Common side effects include:

1. Skin redness, swelling and stinging: After microneedling treatment, your skin may experience slight redness, swelling and stinging. This is a normal reaction and usually subsides within a few days.

2. Itchy and Dry Skin: Some people may experience itchy and dry skin after treatment, which may be caused by damage to the skin during treatment and usually disappears after the skin recovers.

3. Pigmentation: After treatment, some people may experience temporary hyperpigmentation due to irritation of the skin, which usually fades over a few weeks.

4. Infection and Scarring: Although rare, skin infection and scarring may occur as a result of RF microneedling. Therefore, make sure your skin is clean before treatment and follow the advice of your doctor or beautician.

2. How long are the Lipo Cavitation & RF treatments and how many should I have done ?
The treatments last about 30-50 minutes each and we recommend doing them every 72 hours to allow ample time for the fat to expel completely from your body. While you are able to have up to 12 sessions, most clients will do anywhere between 8-12 before achieving their desired results .
